Notes for this page (base.html) This will be the landing page, the first one that you see when you navigate to dmi-ohio.com. * What sort of graphics would you like to see in the header? My initial idea was to leave it as is, but under advisement from my more graphically minded partner, I've taken the idea of a graphical banner into account. What I have in mind is going to be simple in terms of font and brevity, but I'd like to incorporate the vitruvian man that you've taken on for your company's logo. Possibly in white, with the blue background coming through, behind the text. Just a thought, totally up to you how we proceed. * I've increased the size of the graphic lower down, the shot from behind the patient, inside the machine, watching TV. I agree that this is a fantastic opener, because before the visitor even knows what a FONAR machine looks like, they already have an idea of what they can expect, which is an open room and a 42" flatscreen TV. Not a bad gig. * The text to the left of this image is I intend to add more links for things such as doctor info and insurance information, or whatever you'd like to add. We could leave it exactly how it is, and provide navigation on the rest of the site for those other pages. I do like the simplicity, but I would probably move that bit of text slightly closer to center (half an inch or so) of the page. * The address at the bottom really disturbs my graphics partner, but we differ on that point. I like it how it is now, seperated slightly. She advises that it would make more sense all in the grey (for now) footer, all in one line. Again, totally your call. * Lastly, but DEFINITELY not least, how do you feel about the colors on the site? I did my best capture the same shade of blue in the company logo, and think it's a pretty faithful reproduction. The background on the rest of the site is hardly noticeable, which is good, I think. I was going for something that would make it look "not white" but still not add much to the graphics or take away from the center of the page. Everything, from the background, to the borders on objects, the color of the elements is up for discussion, and I want to make sure it's what you want, not just what I think looks good.
